I bought the car nearly a year ago as a stop gap when my new F80 M3 was being made and to use to do my commute in. My commute is every few weeks from Surrey to Cheltenham (250m round trip) and it's performed faultlessly.
In the year I've owned it I've spent about £1k on it, mainly in upgrades and to make it a more enjoyable place to be! I've done the following and have receipts to prove;
- AC service (lovely and cold)
- New lower suspension arms
- Rubber intake boots replaced in engine bay
- New Pioneer DAB stereo
- New speakers
- Small sub in the rear arm rest (adds depth to stereo sound)
- New windscreen
- Repaired SWORD (controls AC system - I sent it away to Germany to be repaired) - works perfectly now
- New blower fan (old one was squeaking)
The car wants for nothing as has been a great companion, however it's time to move it on before I shell out again on insurance and tax. I changed the plate it was on and it now reads F735 SPF Happy to answer any questions.

This lovely car is finished in a lovely Light Blue metallic, with complimenting Chrome bumpers and a lovely set of BBS Alloys, this car looks excellent. These E32’s are quiet a rare site on the roads now and the shape has defiantly come of age now. The bodywork on this car is excellent, look down the sides, across the bonnet and boot, its free from any noticable dings or dents, the paintwork has a lovely deep all over shine, a very good looking car indeed. Look closer and you will see all the wheel arches are solid factory metal etc, these car is amazingly solid all over. The wheels have recently been refurbished so again they look excellent. This E32 is a real good looking classic car, these are from an era when the top of the range BMW’s were built so well and has those distinctive classic BMW lines.
The interior is just as impressive. The leather is still in lovely condition, its amazing how well the interiors from this era lasted. Everywhere you look in here its just as good, the door cards, head lining, deep pile carpets protected by the original mats, all in excellent condition. On top of this , everything works as it should, including the air con which has been upgraded to the modern gas, so runs ice cold.
Looking through the receipts from the last owner , he had alot of the wear and tear parts replaced , fluids changed etc, when he purchased it as a preventative measure, as he wanted to used this car daily. Well this certainly seems to have worked as he has had trouble free service from this car for the last 9 years. I have driven plenty of E32’s and this one feels as good as you will find. The 3. 5 straight six engine starts instantly, sounds and performs perfectly, extremely smooth and delivery very impressive performance. The steering on these can often feel a bit vauge when worn, well this one feels as tight as when new. All the shocks have been replaced, so the ride is excellent.
If you are looking for an excellent , easy to maintain classic, you cant go far wrong with this one.
It looks stunning and is a delight to drive. Its also very practical, plenty of space, and with this excellent build quality, it will easily take daily use.
