Upgraded to M specification during the 90’s, when it was converted to RHD. Matching numbers, Exceptional standard throughout; Never seen a rainy day !!
Lightweight, all aluminium body. Hood, fenders doors; all aluminium.
Aluminium louvered bonnet with Le Mans leather strap. Mota-Lita polished steering wheel and boss.
Le Mans fuel filler cap, original (not repro) SLR700 foglamps.
Finished in Old English white over blue.
Chassis and engine bay finished in silver/ aluminium as per 100S.
Comes with hard top. Hardtop needs a retrim, fettling and fixtures but would be an interesting addition.
Technical Specifications include M-Spec high compression pistons, Le Mans profile camshaft. Weslake head gas flowed and converted for unleaded use. Le Mans inlet manifolds, SU 1 3/ 4" M-Spec H6 carburettors with cold air box. Big bore tubular exhaust system with side exit pipe. Hi-torque starter motor.
Modern 5 speed gearbox fitted, for a more pleasant driving experience. BN2 gearbox and bellhousing available if required.
Converted to all-round disc brakes. Spin-on oil filter.
Supplied with British Motor Industry Heritage Certificate.
