Here we have for sale a superb, genuine Station Wagon, rebuilt onto a galvanised chassis, with many upgrades.
Firstly, this vehicle has been retro fitted with the bullet proof, reliable and economical 200tdi engine, mated to Range Rover diffs. This gives unrivalled performance and economy, whilst lengthening gearing ratios for relaxed, modern style motoring - thus making it much more useable on a regular basis. To further assist with economy, a Kenlowe electric fan has been fitted, along with free wheeling hubs - this will give the best possible economy and performance over standard - around twice the power, and twice the economy to boot. To help further with comfort, a full set of parabolic springs has been fitted, improving ride quality considerably.
As can be seen, externally, this genuine Station Wagon has the correct glass side windows, tropical roof, as well many other nice touches - lamp guards, mudflaps, galvanised grab handles and rear entry step, and a height adjustable tow-bar with electrics would make this a superb tow vehicle.
On the inside, there are three front seats, two with high backs, and deluxe matting throughout. The rear has two bench seats fitted, and as with all station wagons, there's a nice headliner in good condition with roof vents.
In summary, this is a high spec, rebuilt, tax exempt, 200tdi, original Station Wagon in a great colour, not often seen with this level of optional extras.
