Descripción
This is a Galvanised chassis, fibreglass bodied, 180 bhp 2. 2litre DOHC car from the period when Isuzu brought a bit of Japanese build quality to Lotus! It has power steering, air con, and lots of other goodies, as well as being a very nice metallic blue.
The car is fitted with what looks like a virtually new stainless steel exhaust, reasonable tyres, the brake calipers look like they have been replaced.
That said the car has been off the road in storage for a few years, and will need the electrics sorting, (the lights are out, some bits of dash trim are missing, etc.)
There is material to fit a new headlining (this is just spray glued to removable fibreglass panels.)
It starts and drives, sounds good, the brakes seem to work ok, but it will require checking and servicing before use.
The body is pretty straight, with a minor bit of damage to the gelcoat behind the passenger door, and a few stonechips etc, here and there.
I have a V5C only, no other paperwork or history.
A straightforward project to restore or build into a track day special.
