SNOW TRAC - ARCTIC TRACKED MILITARY VEHICLE - UNFINISHED PROJECT - IN RED
I bought this as a project about a year ago but now have a new business venture and need the space.
This Snow Trac renovation is Unique - All the parts to complete the project are included. All the hard work has been done and all that is left to do is wire in all the LED lights and new panel and set up the engine etc. A couple of days work and it would be completed.
WORK COMPLETED
* All the tracks have been stripped and reset along with all the drive chain
* The vehicle has been painted inside and out with Enamel paint on top of a high quality primer - looks fantastic
* 'Snow Trac' side decals fitted along with 'Snowflake' decals front and rear
* LED Light Bars fitted front and rear - fitted but not wired in
* LED Beacon Lights on roof - fitted but not wired in
* LED Rear Tail Lights / Indicators - ready to fit and to be wired in
* LED Internal Lights fitted - ready to wire in
* One off special exhaust made
* Registered with DVLA as a tracked Vehicle - with V5 - so can be made road legal.
WORK LEFT TO DO
* To wire in all LED lights and beacons etc into purpose made control panel
* Re - Fit sunroof - just taken off to make more room inside whilst doing work
* Service Engine - do timing / oil change / balance carb
* Fit windscreen wiper Arms & Blades
* Fit new bucket seat for driver
* Fit 2 x bench seats
* Connect Hand Brake cables
* Fit specialist exhaust - just bolts straight on
* Fit rubber floor matting - matting supplied
* Fit instrument cluster onto Dash -

Standard & original 1200 CC VW Air cooled Beetle Engine 4 cylinder - mint condition less than 1000 miles.
Electric engine start
4 Speed box with reverse gear
Variator steering with steering wheel - no levers to control the tracks - Brilliant Design
New transmission system, sprockets and shock absorbers
Hydraulic disc brakes available if required - just need fitting - all parts available
Side lights / headlights / brake lights / indicators - extra front LED spot lights
instrument cluster with speedo, rev counter, fuel gauge and gear indicator etc
Weight circa 1200 - 1500 Kgs

There are similar vehicles on Ebay now for £12, 500 - but this is the REAL THING as used by the UK military / REME in the Falkland Islands War.
