Fast 500cc 2 cylinder.
DKW was founded in 1919 by a Danish engineer Jorgen Rasmussen. DKW always remained faithful to the 2-stroke system and was the largest motorcycle manufacturer in Europe in the 1930s. In 1934 DKW came on the market with their large 500cc 2 cylinder sport model. This produced 15HP and was good for a top speed of 115km/ h.
The SB500 offered here is from 1937 and is in running condition but needs som TLC.
