Reluctantly looking to sell Wilma, our 1972 Sumatra Green VW Beetle as we no longer have room on the drive.
We've owned her for almost 3 years, and bought her from a friend who had owned her for 10 years.
Sailed through MOT at the end of last October and, due to MOT changes this year, shouldn't need another!
Free tax, new tyres, towbar, history from late 80's onwards.
Has been covered during winter and hasn't been driven on gritted roads.
Runs well, but could so with some tidying up inside (photos show door cards and roof lining could do with some improvement).
Some parts of the paintwork are looking a bit tired, so could do with a respray. We had this quoted at £800, but we decided not to do it before selling (new owner may want a different colour).
Other than general repairs and the towbar, this is an un-modified 1972 flatscreen Beetle.
Currently has "Agreed Valuation" with insurance company for £4000, so offers around this are invited.

ADDITION - Following discussions with people who expressed interest, it seems that the asking price was a little high, considering that the interior needs some tidying up, and it definitely needs a new coat of paint.
I have revised the price to be a bit more realistic.

Remember this is a sound little car; solid, MOT'd, serviced and ready to run. You do not need a trailer if you decide to buy her.
