A lovely, rare 1950's flying cloud airstream caravan. Original external panels with renovated chassis and new floor. Internal cappings also new. The caravan has been wired and plumbed by ARC Airstreams in Somerset, so the owner just has to choose his/ her internal requirements and fit them appropriately. We have plans for one option but other layouts could easily be employed.
New axle and set up to comply with UK regulations. Period wheels included but not fitted.
We have resisted the temptation of doing anything further to this 'van as it is very much an issue of personal taste as to how the finished product should look.
The airstream is dry stored in a barn in East Yorkshire and is available for inspection. It is ready to tow away.
These older airstreams are now getting extremely rare and this lovely flying cloud provides the new owner the potential for creating a wonderful customised 'van.
