The car has 2 previous owners and has been largely restored to its original condition by myself, using OEM parts where possible including engine overhaul and new cam belt. Any superficial corrosion has been replaced by factory parts, not aftermarket or fabrications.
The Interior is excellent including all-black leather seats in pristine condition and a Momo steering wheel.
There are no warning lights, the engine is almost silent and it has no need for a turbo, the performance is noteable without one.
Despite the sporting performance, it is docile in traffic and not overly thirsty, it is a real joy to drive.
This is suitable for a family as well, with a very large boot space and full-size spare wheel.
The alloys are not bad but one wheel has a little curb rash and the tyres have very little wear.
There is an additional security system but the key ring attachment has snapped and needs to be replaced for the remote locking to be readily useable on the key ring.
There remains a little work to do on the rear spoiler and a recent stone chip on the bonnet could look better but it is not very obvious. and the a/ c needs to be re-charged
There is a large file of history and paperwork for the car but I have not seen it since we moved home and it will need to be located. The owner prior to myself was a mechanic who worked in the motor trade and he lavished a lot of care and attention on the car during his ownership of close to 10 years.
I took over and completed most of the work to bring the car to it's current condition.
This is a special car and an everyday car rolled into one, with a stunning sound system to enjoy, the traffic just evaporates.
