Alvis Firebird Drop Head Coupe 1936
This lovely Alvis was restored some years ago. It is not concourse but is very smart and in super usable condition.
The 3 position hood means that with the windows wound up you can travel in draught free comfort. Drop the hood and you have a lovely summer car.
The engine has been rebuilt including replacing the all important internal core plugs.
The Firebird was fitted with the 4 speed, fully synchromesh gearbox as in the speed 20 so very easy to drive.
The car has a lovely patinated leather interior and is ready for this seasons events.
Drives beautifully and currently with a VSCC buff eligibility form. A great looking car in which we have completed many trouble free tours.
