Brilliant little vans and everyone is surprised that they even exist. These are exempt from compulsory MOT testing but it did have an MOT in 2024.
As with a regular Berlingo the suspension and seats are excellent. It has an automatic style gear shifter with a Park position. The range of this van is unaffected by cold weather due to the battery chemistry and it having a cabin heater that does not drain the battery. A Future classic? This would be perfect for anyone with solar panels at home for free charging.

_Owned for many years by a company in London supplying plants to offices. I am leaving the signwriting on as the company no longer exists. They had two of these vans. ULEZ compliant. I have both advertised but whichever one is left after the first sells, I will be keeping.
16kWh NiCd 162 volt system. 4 battery boxes which range from 24 volts to 62 Volts so relatively safe to do work on.
Originally 55 mile range when new but now around 35. You can always improve on that if you go through the batteries and change the weakest ones. Changing to a modern battery system might be an option if you don't mind about originality.
