Description
The motorcycle is a collector’s piece from the 1914–1918 war, model 1916, with its tank and frame numbers matching the 1916 model and they are original Magnat-Debon 400 with a rocker-arm engine. The engine is not seized and it is complete with a very old but original paint finish, a nice large sprung saddle, but the overlap/ overhang is too far rearward. It has the crankcase and chain that are typical for these models (with a very particular gear pattern), but the rear sprocket is almost worn smooth, as seen in Clermont. No vehicle registration document, but a certificate for the collector’s registration (60 euro handling fee). Trade-in possible at 350 500 entretube culbutée.
