The model presented here is a Corvette C4 Targa built in January 1986 in its original "Bright Red" colour. The bodywork is still in good condition, with a uniform colour and an excellent shine. After a professional orbital polish by our workshop, we noted the presence of a few small scratches, scattered small chips as well as a pronounced varnish defect and some scratches on the left rear wing. The rear-view mirrors are slightly discoloured. The bumpers are perfectly aligned and in very good condition, with no cracks or breaks. The rear bumper has a few small chips from parking. The Targa T-Top is in very good condition, with no dents or cracks. It is easy to fit and watertight. The retractable headlights are in perfect working order, with no cracks or leaks. The original headlights were replaced in 2023 by more efficient PHILIPS LED versions (invoice available). The 4 original 16" aluminium rims are in excellent condition despite the presence of discreet traces of rubbing. The car is fitted with 4 MICHELIN Pilot Sport tyres with 10% wear at the front and rear. Among the interesting "Body / Exterior" equipment and options available on this model, we noted the PHILIPS LED headlights. Interior: The interior has retained its original configuration and appears to be in good condition despite the average quality of the original materials. The Medium Gray leather upholstery is in good original condition. Only the electrically adjustable driver's seat has a few cracks and the original seat, in poor condition, has been covered with a non-original leatherette. There are no cracks or breaks in the pvc doors. The dashboard and dash cap are in very good condition, with no signs of discolouration, deformation or cracks. All the on-board instrumentation is fully functional, with the exception of the air conditioning and cruise control. The original "Black" leather sports steering wheel and gear knob show a patina of use. The car is fitted with its original DELCO BOSE k7 radio and DELCO BOSE speaker system (options UU8 and UX0). The electrical aerial is fully functional. The original "Gray" carpets are in good condition, as are the "Black" carpets with the Corvette logo. The boot floor has a few stains and is fitted with a "Black" Corvette carpet mat. The 2 storage compartments under the boot floor are perfectly functional.
