The bodywork was restored a few years ago and the body received a complete new paint job on that occasion. The body is now in excellent condition, with a uniform colour and excellent shine. After a professional orbital polish by our workshop, we noted a small paint chip corrected at the top of the bonnet on the passenger side. The bonnet has a small deformation on the driver's side. The double chevron motif is missing. All the door seals are in excellent condition. The front and rear bumpers are perfectly aligned and in good condition. We did find a small scratch on the right-hand front bumper (1cm). The long "Grey" fabric soft top is in good condition despite a few small spots. The 2 MARCHAL front lights are in excellent condition. The 4 "Ivory" steel wheels are in perfect condition. The 2 front MICHELIN tyres show less than 50% wear. The rear tyres will be replaced as new on delivery. This vehicle is not fitted with a spare wheel. Among the interesting "Body / Exterior" equipment and options present on this model, we noted the MARCHAL 630 headlights and the front wing mud flaps. Interior: The interior has been recently restored. The blue bayadère cloth upholstery is in excellent condition, both front and rear. The "Grey" leatherette door jambs are in good condition. There is a difference in colour between the front and rear doors. The right-hand rear door panel has a small tear. There are no scratches or paint defects on the dashboard. The original JAEGER speedometer is fully functional, despite being slightly opaque. The sun visors show a patina of use. The original light grey 2-spoke steering wheel is in excellent condition. The original bakelite gear lever knob has a worn patina. The Pvc floor mats are in good condition. Among the interesting "Interior" equipment and options fitted to this model, we note the recent "Blue" bayadère fabric upholstery and the JAEGER ammeter. Chassis: The fundamentals: box-section chassis, rocker panels, floorboards, wheel arches and side members are in good condition. Usage reserve: as a matter of principle, we cannot guarantee the perfection of the alignments beyond their good visual and functional condition validated during the road test and when the vehicle is put on the deck. During the dynamic test, we noted no abnormal parasitic noise in the body or running gear (ball joints, silent blocks, etc.), with the exception of a slight play in the bearings, which will be checked by our workshop prior to delivery. The brakes are aligned and their efficiency conforms to period standards. The front and rear brake drums are fully functional and free from any traces of seepage. The technical inspection carried out by our workshop prior to delivery will confirm that everything is in good working order. Engine / Transmission: The twin-cylinder engine is in perfect working order. The engine compression test carried out in our workshop and the road test confirm that the engine is in good health. Starting is easy, with no smoke or abnormal noises, and the idle is stable, as confirmed by the 360° video taken with the engine running, available at the beginning of the slideshow. On the road, the engine...
