Excellent car, capable of covering any distance, the genuine 2-litre producing 100hp.
A substantial, comprehensive dossier since purchase: invoices, servicing, restorations, ....
The pluses:
- aviation-grade hoses, tyres, discs and pads in top condition, engine seals and rear oil seal replaced (October 2026), indicators either white or orange (see photos), new sun visors, leather seats and centre console, original Fuchs wheels, removable roof and body-coloured rollover hoop, expert report Sept 2025, UK-made engine produced in 1973 for enthusiasts, I am the sixth owner, bought in Switzerland in 1974, imported by Sonauto in 1991, collection registration, SCART stainless exhaust line with a pleasant note (not too loud).
The minuses:
- two small splits on the dashboard around the ashtray
- electronic injection converted back to Weber carburation (a plus for some, a minus for others)
- capricious heating, to be set/ adjusted.
