Following a change of plan and a lack of space:
For sale a 1966 Ford Mustang Cabriolet, 3, 300 cc inline-6, manual gearbox to finish assembling.
The bodywork has been fully restored: floors, welds, full repaint, new chrome bumpers, new trims, new windscreen. (renovation photos available)
The interior also renovated: seats, new three-spoke wooden steering wheel, new door linings, carpets.
New hood to be fitted.
The engine has been rebuilt from the ground up: new pistons, rings, rods, flywheel, oil pump, honing of cylinders, head resurfaced and pressure-tested, crankshaft, timing, the engine is reinstalled in the car and to be run in.
New clutch.
I have all photos of dismantling and reassembly of the engine.
New carburettor, new starter, new radiator and exhaust to be fitted.
4 new Mustang GT350 wheels and 4 new tyres.
Many new parts are supplied with the car.
What remains to be done on the car: finish reassembling the supplied parts
make the electrical diagram (dashboard and engine bay) not supplied (+-€450 +-€650)
fit the brakes and shock absorbers.
The car is sold with a transfer of ownership certificate but does not have a registration document.
