On behalf of my parents, I’m handling the sale of this magnificent 1986 Range Rover Classic, equipped with the 3. 9 V8, 4-speed automatic gearbox, with only 82, 000 kilometres on the odometer.
It isn’t its original engine.
It was factory-fitted with the 3. 5 V8.
It has just come back from a major service at St Lunaire Automobile and passed its MOT with flying colours.
A historic, timeless vehicle ready to hit the road.
It starts at the turn of the key with a very melodic V8 burble.
Of course, there will still be a few small things to tidy up, the rear window is problematic so the boot can’t be opened at the moment, though I did open and close it last weekend.
The electric windows are also temperamental on the passenger side.
Purchased from Marcellini Classic Cars in Broons in December 2023.
