This 1960 Volkswagen Beetle Deluxe originally hails from Austria and was recently purchased by us from a collector who has cared for it meticulously over many years.
This Beetle has undergone a full cosmetic restoration: the paint has been redone in its original colour, pearlescent white, all seals have been replaced and the chrome trim is in very good condition. The interior, however, is completely original – exactly as it left the factory in 1960 – with its paint, upholstery and authentic details.
The odometer shows 17, 413 km, and we estimate that this magnificent Beetle has totalled about 117, 413 km. The cabin is still in near‑new condition, which is remarkable for a car of this age.
1960 is also a particularly well-regarded year among enthusiasts:
