Description
I am parting with this MBK 51 Club moped because I don’t use it enough and I want to make space for other projects.
It is a 51 Club dating from 1995 (type NM3, approved by the Mines in December 1990).
I have owned this moped for several years and I fully restored it in 2022-2023. All the parts on it are original.
The registration document was issued in 2023.
Since being recommissioned, it has 465 km on the clock (slightly increasing). It has run trouble-free in rallies and rides of over 100 km. It is a lightweight, comfortable and lively machine, and it climbs hills without hesitation.
It is therefore perfectly run-in and reliable. All consumables are new, including the speedometer drive and the speedometer cable.
A full repaint has been done (base coat + varnish), and the tank is free of any internal oxidation. It has been “restomised” (the internal walls of the tank have a resin applied to prevent the sheet metal from contacting air and water).
The engine has been completely overhauled and rebuilt (new bearings, new Airsal cylinder, new period piston, new period-appropriate Gurtner AR1-13 carburettor, original Moryama ignition).
With this machine, you only have to hit the road and enjoy the scenery and the smell of two-stroke.
I’m not in a hurry to sell.
The MOT/ technical inspection will be carried out for the sale, and the transfer will be completed on ANTS with a session code.
