The Alpine V6 Turbo was launched in the mid-1980s as a more powerful version of the Alpine V6 GT. It combines a lightweight fibreglass body with an steel chassis and a turbocharged rear-mounted engine. Thanks to its relatively light weight and its turbocharged V6, the Alpine is renowned for its dynamic performance and its unique road manners.
Its design is typically Alpine: low, long, and very aerodynamic, with remarkably low drag for the era. The engine, mounted at the rear, drives the rear wheels, providing a balanced and engaging drive that clearly sets it apart from many other GTs of the same period.
The interior is also in exceptional original condition. The fabric upholstery on the seats is immaculate, with minimal signs of wear. The rear seats, door panels, and centre console are immaculate and undamaged, which matches the vehicle’s low mileage.
