Description
Citroën ** “Maserati System”** from 1973, fitted with electronic injection.
Supplied new on 26 February 1973 in the UK (as all ** are left-hand drive) in the elegant colour Metallic Pearl Grey, which it still wears today, with black leather upholstery.
The car remains in very good condition and has previously undergone restoration, including an engine rebuild by renowned specialists such as Andrew Brodie Engineering, McGrath Maserati and David Marks Garages.
As such, the car remains in excellent condition and runs perfectly.
It has also been featured in numerous specialist magazines, copies of which are included in the file.
It has in fact just covered 350 km without a hitch, in total driving pleasure—prompting, not surprisingly, the admiration of passers-by and other motorists.
Just as at home in town as it is on the motorway, the car is a true rolling salon.
The hydraulics work perfectly, and the car raises and lowers as it should; braking is effective and the steering is precise with no play.
The car shows no visible corrosion and is available for any inspection.
The file includes many invoices, including the one covering the restoration and the engine rebuild.
Still registered in the UK, it will need to go through customs, with payment of import VAT at 5. 5% on the invoice amount to be agreed together. Upon request, we can handle the customs formalities.
View by appointment in Mouscron, at the Franco-Belgian border near Tourcoing, and 20 minutes from Lille.
Videos of the car are available on request.
Delivery is possible throughout mainland France and beyond at cost price via a specialist transporter.
No part exchange.
