Yamaha VMAX 1200 – 1989 – Full 145 hp – VBoost – very good condition and well maintained – Very rare US spec
I am selling, with regret and for a real estate project, a superb 1989 Yamaha VMAX 1200, grey, in Full 145 hp configuration with functional VBoost. Collector’s edition, strictly original, with first-generation spoke wheels and a collector’s registration document in my name.
Imported from Japan in 2019 (probable US origin), equipped with a Miles/ Km speedometer. Motorcycle used regularly but for short distances to keep it mechanically perfect. Mileage increasing but very reasonable.
Mileage: 30, 000 miles (≈ 48, 000 km)
A complete VBoost is worth around €500 excluding installation and makes this version particularly sought-after. The typical turbo effect between 4, 000 and 6, 000 rpm is very noticeable: a bike for an informed enthusiast.
