Mini XN Cooper (non-Sportspack) in exceptional preservation condition, finished in classic BRG with a contrasting roof in Old English White.
Never restored; original paint and interior, absolutely zero corrosion, never been undersealed/“blacked”. Double set of keys and original handbooks.
Italian-supplied from new. It was delivered brand-new by Mini Naples (I have the original number-plate surrounds from the time) and spent almost its entire life in Salerno, in the south of Italy. It always slept in a garage (still the case with me) and was used only as a weekend and holiday car.
Originally ordered with the Sportspack dashboard, complete with oil temperature gauges and a voltmeter—very handy.
The only deviations from the factory specification are the period accessories fitted in the dealership, namely:
1) Wheel-arch trims in body colour
2) Engine-undershield/ protection plate
3) Steering-column lock system (essential in the south of Italy, apparently)
4) Genuine Minilite 5J x 12-inch wheels, with 165/ 60R12 tyres
