Description
1971 Dodge Challenger
It’s fitted with the Small Block 318ci, a 5. 2-litre V8 producing 230hp.
Here, the engine has been lightly built up (Edelbrock carburettor and intake manifold, 4-in-1 headers and a Flowmaster dual exhaust setup) to deliver 260hp instead of the original 230hp. These changes fully preserve the driving pleasure and absolutely do not ruin the car. With its famous three-speed automatic TorqueFlite gearbox and optional electric power steering, you’ll enjoy a smooth, pure, 100% American driving experience.
Our 1971 Dodge Challenger Hardtop comes with a whole host of options that make it even rarer:
Optional colour: Rallye Red FE5
70’s-style sport steering wheel (original Rallye wheel sold with the car)
Full-width centre console with storage
14" Rallye wheels by Dodge
Black rally stripes “Rally Stripes”
Electric power steering
Air conditioning (old gas—conversion required)
Vinyl roof
Passenger-side mirror
Inertia-reel seatbelts
C55 “bucket” seats in black vinyl with red piping
Rally dashboard with all instruments fully functional
R11 radio
Genuine spare wheel (matched to the other four)
Original first-aid kit tool roll
What to know about this Challenger:
The vehicle was imported from the United States in 2018 and has undergone a light restoration of excellent quality. Along with the subtle engine build that adds an extra 30hp, the vehicle is Matching Numbers and can be verified. An extremely important point for a vehicle of this type, helping you keep a stable—or even rising—market value in the years to come.
The car is in remarkable condition both inside and out. No corrosion anywhere, whether on the bodywork or on the chassis. Engine service carried out in March 2026 with just 100 miles since. Nothing needs doing.
The price includes:
A general inspection of the vehicle
A valid technical inspection certificate
The administrative steps for the registration document (Carte Grise) and FFVE (excluding the price of the Carte Grise)
