History
The BMW Z3 is a two-door coupé and roadster with rear-wheel drive produced from 1996 to 2002, as the successor to the Z1, which was Europe-only. Although it made its official debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 1996, many people got a preview in the 1995 James Bond film GoldenEye, in which 007 briefly drove a blue Z3 in Cuba.
The Z3 was based on the 3 Series platform, featuring MacPherson strut front suspension derived from the E36 and a multi-link rear suspension based on the E30. The initial engine was a 1. 9-litre four-cylinder with 138 bhp, which allowed it to keep pace with a Miata.
If you're not after outright speed, the 1. 9s are robust cars that will give you great open-air thrills.

We are offering for sale this beautiful BMW Z3, a stunning roadster with timeless styling. This is the 2nd generation (E36) with its new four-cylinder engine, which is much more balanced, more reliable and more economical to maintain than a six-cylinder.
This Z3 is in superb condition in Cosmos Black metallic (303) with a two-tone black/ green Oregon leather interior (Q2CA).
This vehicle was delivered new on 09/ 12/ 1997 in Germany and imported to France in 2002; it had 3 owners in France.
Its last owner passed away in 2015, and the BMW was stored for 10 years in a dry garage. This is therefore a vehicle that we have completely overhauled in our workshops to get it back on the road.

Wheel alignment
The vehicle is in superb condition, the paintwork is brilliant and the bumpers are in good order. The alloy wheels are stunning with no major scratches or chips.
The interior is in good condition, the seats are very clean with no damage or tears, the steering wheel is immaculate with no marks, the carpets are very clean, the soft top is in good condition as is the wind deflector which is in place. Rare option: the hardtop is in excellent condition.
On the road, the BMW is very pleasant to drive, economical and gives you a real sense of security thanks to its handling and build quality.
Nothing to worry about with this Z3, which is perfect, has undergone a major overhaul and is ready for miles of enjoyment.

A youngtimer that has all its charm and will soon be added to the collection for club outings and long journeys in absolute comfort whilst remaining sporty with its manual gearbox.
