An Alpine A110 1300 V85 with Group 2 engine The A110 1300 V85 version, also known as the 1300 VC, is among the interesting variants of the A110 family. Originally, it received a 1300 cc engine, but the example presented here has evolved towards a more powerful configuration better suited to historic use. The file indicates a prepared Renault 5 Alpine Group 2 engine, enlarged to 1440 cc, claimed to produce approximately 120 bhp, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox from the 1600 S. This evolution gives the car a livelier, more usable and more dynamic character than a strictly original 1300, whilst retaining the fundamental DNA of the A110: lightness, rear-wheel drive, rear engine and efficiency on winding roads. The example presented This Alpine A110 1300 V85 was first registered on 30 September 1975, with serial number 15997 and initial registration on 30/ 09/ 1975. The car is presented in a very attractive Alpine blue livery, with a configuration oriented towards historic rallying: auxiliary headlights, competition-spec wheels, event stickers, bucket seats, harnesses, roll bar, full instrumentation and kill switch. The car remained registered under the registration number 31 APD 38 for many years. Administrative history The detailed administrative status certificate allows us to trace several important stages: 30/ 09/ 1975: first registration; 06/ 11/ 1995: purchase or acquisition by a professional; 14/ 08/ 1996: change of owner; 23/ 07/ 2002: transfer/ sale; 27/ 08/ 2002: change of owner.
