I am parting with my lovely Renault Dauphine, in good condition, which was completely restored around fifteen years ago but has been sleeping in the garage for 4 years, so I have decided to let it go. It has been in the family for over 40 years and needs a recommissioning. It fires up first time (au quart de tour). The engine was rebuilt around fifteen years ago, and the clutch too, but there is an oil leak from the engine and gearbox lip seals. The steering rack gaiter has been replaced, and the bushes in both front swivel pins have been renewed as there was play. Everything else is working. It is a 12-volt car. Bodywork and paintwork are good, and the interior seats are in good condition. In fact, everything has been redone more than 15 years ago, but it is very little used, perhaps 1 to 2 times a year for a few miles. I have other classic cars and cannot use them all, which is the reason for the sale.
