The selling dealer acquired this Peugeot 203 C in 2020 from an enthusiast in Lower Saxony.
First registered in France on 25 July 1958, it has covered very few miles throughout its life. Its last French registration dates from 26 February 1992 and was in the name of an owner from Châteauneuf-la-Bégude-de-Mazenc, on the doorstep of the Alpes-Maritimes.
The Peugeot was subsequently transferred to Bremen and registered there.
In 2017, an enthusiast from Lower Saxony finally bought it and added it to his collection. He drove it occasionally on temporary plates. According to the previous owner, the engine was rebuilt in the late 1990s, but no paperwork confirms this. The odometer currently reads 47, 547 km, and we assume it has been replaced at least once.
The car is largely in original condition, starts first time and runs beautifully, with remarkable smoothness and quietness, as it should. The seats are covered in their original covers.
In 2020, the dealer sold the car to a Berlin enthusiast, after having repainted the two rear wings and the rare original roof rack. Since then, this gentleman has covered only 594 km at the wheel. The Peugeot therefore remains in near-intact original condition.
