It is believed that only 100 of the ultra rare Dream 50R’s were produced to commemorate Honda’s 50th Anniversary. Model Code : AR02
The frame was a diamond design with a reinforced single front down tube bolting to the engine's crankcase. The top of the frame was a reinforced double-tube over and under configuration meeting a multi-tube box under the rider. Front and rear disk brakes were standard and unusual for a small displacement motorcycle.
The engine is an amazing feat of engineering for 50 cubic centimeters, having a single cylinder with 4 valves plus double overhead camshafts. HRC racing cams and large bore carb complete this stunning package.

As fresh as the day it came out of the crate – a beautiful example of this classic Honda. Although currently unregistered and if you wanted to use on the road, it is quite a simple process to obtain a UK registration with the assistance of the Honda owners club, costs approx. £120
Not to be confused with the Honda Dream 50 road going version which is a totally different machine.
