Here is my Rare Raleigh RM1 one of first mopeds made by Raleigh..
it is a jan 1958 model hence No clutch on this model.
it was refurbished in 2006 and painted in grey/ blue hamerite which has protected it well, its original reg was fought for and retained, but is not transferable .. nor should it be.
engine rebuilt inc new exhaust, new brakes (work well) new tyres. The Sturmey Archer (BSA) engine pulls well
chrome is fair and would polish up better.
The RM1 loks good rides well... starts and stops great.
Being a no clutch model you need better legs than mine in todays traffic..(My son handles it well)
l have a folder of information inc original photo's etc. and V5.
