This Citroen 2cv has been lovingly restored to a very high standard and will provide an excellent everyday classic or show car, which is economical and fun to drive.
The 2cv Club is a RHD 1981 model, in the original Mimosa yellow. This model of 2cv was featured in the 1981 James Bond film ‘For Your Eyes Only’ featuring Roger Moore as 007. In the film the 2cv was owned by the character played by French actress Carole Bouquet. When James Bond’s Lotus Esprit was blown up during a chase the only option was the 2cv. During the car chase it showed it’s capabilities by constantly outwitting the villain’s large Peugeot 504s.
Many hours have been spent rebuilding the 2cv sympathetically to a very high standard and it offers many additional features. I have rebuilt many classic Citroens and I've enjoyed, and taken pride in, rebuilding this special 2cv.
