A money no object restoration encompassing a rotisserie full body rebuild, all rust cut out & repaired creating a rare & unique tribute to Carlo Abarth – The King of small cars.

Bodywork.
Two door coupe body fully restored with new wings all round, doors, front shroud, sills, & box sections strengthened throughout.
Box section strengthening to the floor pan together with an Fia spec six point roll cage.
Louvred engine cover & grilled rear panel.
Rear stays to hold boot lid open if required.
Modified rear engine mount to enable removal of rear panel.
Abarth type driveline movement limitation bar for more precise gearchanges..
Webasto black vynil sunroof.
All new window & door rubbers.
Boot & bonnet locks.
Chrome door mirrors.
All new bumpers, indicators, lamps, door handles & locks.
HID headlamps.

Suspension & brakes.
Rebuilt & reinforced front & rear suspension. All new bushings throughout.
850D / 124 saloon dual circuit master cylinder.
Wilwood four pot callipers on front, & X1/ 9 rear brake calipers at the rear..
Drilled & grooved brake discs front & rear c/ w Wilwood disc pads to front & EBC disc pads to rear.
Brake balance valve.
Cupro nickel brake pipes & Dot 4 fluid.
Spax adjustable shock absorbers.
Goodrich stainless steel brake hoses.
Abarth OT1000 type lowered reverse eye lowered front spring, & rear coil springs.
Modified front wishbones & crossmember.
Abarth rear camber compensator c/ w urethane bushings to limit tuck under of the rear swing arms.
The thicker rear anti roll bar now moved to the front )
All suspension components powder coated.
Chromadora alloy wheels. 5 1/ 2"x13" to the front & 6"x13" to the rear.
Toyo Road Pro tyres 175x60x13” & 205x60x13” tyres.
Complete with steel tyre valves, Abarth valve caps, Abarth wheel centres & McGard wheel locks.
Ultraseal tyre sealant in all tyres.
Engine / Transaxle.
Abarth 1050cc 70 Bhp engine Type A112A2000. New bearings, rings, etc.
Weber 2-barrel downdraft carburettor Type 40DCNF-99-250. Carb spec is now:- 28mm Venturis,
2. 5 Auxiliary Venturis, 142. 5 Main Jets, 185 Air Jets, & 50 Idle/ Slow running Jets.
New gaskets, carb filter, & air filter fitted.
Smoothed out intake runner & cylinder head inlet for greater gas flow.
850 points type distributor fitted with Pertronix electronic ignition module & 3 Ohm coil.
Timing is 10 Degrees advance @ 900 Rpm with a strobe.
Abarth finned rocker cover & chromed air cleaner with K & N filter.
Scuderia Topolino SLR 270 fast road cam & followers.
Omex rev limiter fitted set at 7000 Rpm.
Abarth reverse rotation timing gear set & 850 distributor / oil pump drive gear.
850 alloy timing cover, & modified 850 alloy sump & modified A112 oil pump.
850 crank seals. ( Designed for reverse rotation ) 850 flywheel modified to fit A112 crank.
Panda Fire con rod bolts & valve springs & retainers. ( stronger )
4mm removed from input shaft of 850 saloon gearbox to engage A112 motor.
Firetrace fire extinguisher system to engine bay.
Scuderia Topolino water pump modified with a Fiat 600 non directional impeller.
A ¼” hole has been drilled in the thermostat for cold flow.
High torque Starter Motor.
High output lightweight alternator.
Facet electric fuel pump, & shut off valve, with a Filter King pressure regulator c/ w filter.
Mocal oil cooler assembly c/ w sandwich plate incorporating a thermostat c/ w heat shielding to cooler pipes.
Abarth type breather assembly with Nylon covered engine breather pipes to a catch tank.
127 Clutch assembly with reversed shock absorber tabs on clutch plate.
Omp twin exhaust or stainless steel exhaust system by P. D. Gough.
Heat Wrap to exhaust.
Wiring under exhaust fitted with Thermo Tec heat proof sleeving.
Filter Mag magnet fitted to Oil filter casing.
Crankshaft is standard. i. e:- Mains = 2. 12” dia & Big ends = 1. 5733” dia.
Standard cylinder bores are 67. 31mm. ( 1049cc )
This block is = 67. 2mm therefore re bored once. ( 1052cc )
New bearings, rings, etc.
850 saloon gearbox/ transaxle fitted ( higher ratio ) with new engine & gearbox mountings..
Interior.
Retrimmed interior in black.
Corbeau ‘Classic’ bucket front seats.
3” Full Harnesses.
Additional hand held fire extinguisher.
Personal leather rim steering wheel c/ w Abarth centre badge.
Abarth short throw gear shifter with leather gear knob c/ w Fiat centre badge.
Veglia oil pressure, oil temperature & Voltmeter gauges in a pod fitted to the dashboard.
Override switches for the electric fans fitted to dashboard.
Alloy pedal extensions.
Fia battery isolation switch.
Switch for Hazard flashers.
Ignition cut out switch & starter button independant of steering lock.
Thatham Cat II Immobiliser.

A highly modified Fiat Abarth tribute finished in Rosso Corsa Paint No:- 322.
