The Lamborghini Islero was presented in 1968 at the International Motor Show in Geneva as the successor of the Lamborghini 400 GT and manufactured until 1970. This 2 + 2 sports coupé confirmed the expertise of the Lamborghini Automobi for GT cars with powerful engine performance combined with sporty suspension tuning. 225 exemplars were produced from 1968 to 1970, thereof 125 cars only in the 1 series.
According to the existing photo documentation this very rare Lamborghini Islero 400 GT was stripped down to the bare body shell and then restored with great effort.
