Substantially reduced for quick sale. Space and finance required for new vehicle
Manual with overdrive. Sold new in 1955 to Independent Motor Sales, Wellington, New Zealand, this car has just come home, passed an MOT and is registered ready to use. All matching numbers as per Jaguar Heritage certificate.
The car spent the last 18 years as an exhibit at Omaka Classic Car museum in Blenheim, NZ. During that time it was used and well maintained competing in the Mainland Classic, a NZ car road rally.
It has never seen a salted road and is therefore totally rust free. The interior is in great condition with a factory sun roof. Recent works include a full service and a complete brake overhaul.
The MK VII M has the 190 bhp engine as used in the XK 120 and these cars were very successful in both racing and rallying in the 1950's. Jaguar tools, the original service handbook and the Jaguar workshop manual come with the car.
A rare and interesting car.
