A rare and complete c1960 built rollo croftmaster tractor in full working order & in original working condition. Ready to drive away and do a days' work.
this machine is 1 of only 600 made and is believed to be 1 of only 8 in preservation in the u. k. And maybe the only one still in original working condition (?) - all others being restored.
the engine, gearbox & drive train are in good workin order. The hydraulic operated toolbar and hand/ foot brake work correctly. The steering is positive with little backlash & the tyres are as new. The frames are complete & sound. There is a little surface rusting on the tinwork & wheels which has been inhibited. The machine has it's tractor weights, which are currently not fitted.
apart from the tyres, new items fitted during preservation are the carb., exhaust pipe, throttle cable, petrol tap,& steering rack boots. All are original style/ spec. At some time in the past the gear selector lever has been replaced.
the machine carries the original maker's plate with vin number, and has a c1966 derby registration. However dvla has no record, and i regret i have no other history.
