Description
The bike rides very nicely and pulls smoothly in all gears, and has a surprising amount of urge too! Clutch in good shape and doesn't noticeably drag or slip, the only issue I've sometimes had is struggling to select neutral with the engine running.
Frame in very good shape, some wear from boots rubbing next to the footpegs and also on the engine cases, but no other damage.
Tank in good condition, hasn't rotted through from ethanol as I've only ever used Aspen Alkylate fuel which is ethanol free. Two bubbles on the left hand side though which I've shown in the pictures.
I replaced the incorrect kickstart lever early on under my ownership and corrected the way the mechanism had been put together - it's easy to get wrong and eventually leads to failure, but this one has now been done correctly.
Good reliable bike - starts easily when cold on the choke, and off the choke when fully warm. Sometimes reluctant when it's in-between and still warming up.
Currently got fresh oils (including fork), only one trial old.
Viewings encouraged. I've tried to show all flaws in the photos but the overall impression in the flesh is much nicer than zooming in on all of them!
