Manufactured from 1947, the Nettuno is known as the little sister of the famous Saturno. It is fitted with a sculptural single-cylinder 4-stroke engine with 246. 9 cc and a 4-speed gearbox. Having a lightweight alloy cylinder head in this Sport version, this engine could produce 11 hp which enabled the Nettuno to reach around 125 km/ h. The suspended cradle frame is equipped with a front parallelogram fork and a rear swingarm with horizontal springs. Complete and in good condition, this Gilera Nettuno was restarted specifically for this sale; It will nonetheless need to be serviced before setting off onto country roads.
