We bought this 1964 RENAULT 8 1108cc from a well known & trusted RENAULT enthusiast in 2012 as a runner but requiring restoration.
We put it away for a good 18 months while we collected parts and then we striped it down to what you see today.
Unfortunately due to a sudden family bereavement in 2017, work came to a stop and it’s been stored until today , I realise I no longer have the heart to do this classic restoration and get this car back to the condition it deserves . This Renault 8 ran perfectly before we started stripping down to the rolling shell , Everything is included with the car its just all boxed , there is also some extra new parts and loads of spares .
You will see from the pictures it has a brand new os inner wing fitted , it needs some welding and there are a few other areas requiring work .
The car is 55-years-old and when completed it will be a great investment .
It will come with loads of parts , 2 second hand engines , doors , 2 new genuine rear wings, old stock .
This car is a fantastic opportunity for an RENAULT enthusiast looking for a restoration project , once done it will look amazing like the sample picture in its original colour .
It will need to be collected by trailer , with a van to collect all the other parts , & cash on collection .
