1988 Honda XBR500.
For sale is my pride and joy.
This XBR has been fully stripped and rebuilt into a cafe racer.
Frame, swing arm, battery tray and brake stay arm have been professionally sand blasted and powder coated.
The wheels and fuel tank have been professionally sand blasted and painted.
The engine has also been blasted and painted with high temp engine paint.
It has had new front & rear wheel bearings and head stock bearings.
New chain and sprockets.
New swing arm bushes and fork seals.
Front brake calliper has been fully rebuilt and fitted with EBC pads and a stainless braided brake hose and new EBC rear brake shoes.
Brand new Avon tyres and Michelin inner tubes.
Carb has been stripped and cleaned, it has had new diaphragms fitted and rejetted for air filter and exhaust.
New oil and filter and valve clearances adjusted etc.
