Had been laid up a number of years due to previous owners passing and was in a cosmetically sorry state. It has been recently recommissioned by myself (not restored) and now has a current MOT until October 2020.
The bike was presented for test prior to any cosmetic work or cleaning being carried out, hence the 2 advisories which have now been addressed.
Recent work carried out:
2 x brand new exhausts, new front mudguard, replacement genuine Honda rear mudguard - chrome not great, but in good solid condition with no rot, new vertex maintenance free battery, new throttle cable, oil change, new plugs and caps, rear brake shoes, seat repaired with new aftermarket cover etc.
Trip meter is broken, as shown in the images, however, mileage is correct and speedo works and illuminates fine. There are others on available online, but I didn't want to mess with the mileage history.
Original enclosed chain case.
Original paint, which isn't great, but has a nice patina.
Perfectly usable and ultra reliable commuter/ 2nd bike for winter or rolling restoration.
