The Model
The 991. 2 GTS is the top of line 911 before heading into Porsches GT series. Powered by a 3. 0 Turbo-charged flat-six engine, the 991. 2 generation is the first to feature turbocharging across the board resulting in increased fuel economy and improved torque. Power is also up to an impressive 450bhp. Remarkably, the car still has an incredible throttle response despite being turbocharged. The GTS polishes up other aspects over the standard 991. 2 Carrera S culminating in a really rather special car.
This Example
True to the original formula for the Porsche 911 laid out by Dr Porsche in 1964, this car is a rear-wheel drive coupe fitted with a 7-speed manual gearbox, the way it should be. Switchable driver modes on this car really transform the car from a docile, comfortable tourer to a feisty, exhilarating, athletic sports car. Finished in Midnight Blue metallic, the look of the car is complemented by a Black Leather and Alcantara interior and is fitted with the following options:
