Fortunately this is one of the famous "early cars" with the Aston Martin factory composite front and rear panels, bonnet and boot, so no chance of rust on the bodywork. They were also significantly lighter than the later steel panelled cars. These early cars were also individually signed off by Ian Callum, so these really are the rare variants of the DB7 range (up to chassis number 300) and the ones to have, especially if you are looking for an investment car. The pre-airbag cars are considered by many to be the purest and most beautiful DB7 variant.
