Description
Very sad to sell our citroen 2cv Azam from 1963. This was my daily driver in England before I retired and we brought it over to France to use here as the same but my wife won't drive it due to lack of seat belts so it is to be replaced by a more modern car. Was an extremely rare car in the UK. 3 owners from new (me and two French farmers). Only one on the road according to the dvla. Has original "commerciale" hatchback fitting (ENAC/ MIXTE Conversion) and flat bed floor. ordered like this from the factory again very rare. Specifically designed for multi purpose use. Importantly original chassis waxed internally and externally and sympathetic restoration a couple of years ago. Painted in original"Jade Vert" colour. Some small cosmetic touches required to bring the bodywork back to spot on. Very small nibbling in the usual place bonnet hinge and one rear wing needs slight attention, nothing major. Hand brake needs new pads/ adjustment. Heating hoses required (not a concern in SW France! Still UK registered. UK tax exempt historic vehicle. Suicide doors. Fitted with later 602 cc engine and inboard disc brakes by one of the previous French owners. If interested in a great running, solid, no rust classic French car , get in touch with any questions.
Much reduced price.
PLEASE BE AWARE the car is in SW France but currently still registered in the UK. V5 is present. I could assist with arranging transportation at the buyers expense.
Also please note viewing may be difficult at the moment due to covid travel restrictions but a deposit would secure.
PX considered for french registered vehicle with CT, preferably a van/ pick up or something interesting.
Cheers,
Colin
