Follies Classics are very pleased to present this wonderful Austin Healey Sprite.
Only three owners from new in 1962. Meticulously restored by the previous owner in the early 90's. Photographs of a complete strip-down included.
Present is a tonneau cover, soft top, hardtop, and side screens.
Being an early sprite rather than the later midget the car has the desirable square rear wheels arches and internal door handles. Underneath the car is superb with no rot or rust. Please see photo. She has just sailed through a MOT with no advisories. This vehicle is also MOT and Tax exempt.
Benefiting from an alternator instead or dynamo for better reliability, however, the original dynamo is included for the purists. A new battery has also been installed. The car drives faultlessly.
I can't think of a better car for the budget which is more quintessentially British. A lot of fun for a sensible price tag, a pure enthusiast car.
