Offered for sale is a 1966 suzuki t20 super six. This bike is an unregistered american import and a great candiate for and easy restoration.
as you can see the bike is mostly original and complete but there is the odd part that is damaged. The bike has obviously been repainted at some stage, judging by the inside of the side panels it was red originally. The chrome and alloy appear to be factory original and each are showing their age but rest assured this isn’t a typical north american import that has been sat baking in salvage yard for 40 years. The tinware is all there and 100% solid and the exhausts are in fantastic condition with no dents or rot; They could probably be used as is after a thorough degrease and polish. mechanically speaking it will require a thorough recommissioning at least. When connected to a good battery the ignition turned on and it fired when fed with ether. I primed the carburettors with some fresh premixed fuel from an auxiliary fuel tank and had it running and revving for a short period. The motor has a strong spark and good compression on both cylinders but the carburettors will require a complete strip down and rebuild with new parts.

the bike is on nova with a printed copy of the declaration confirming all vat and import duty etc has been settled. To register the bike with the dvla you will need to obtain a dating letter confirming the year of manufacture from the vjmc.
i have completed as much as i can of the v55/ 5 application form, all that is left to do is fill in your name and address on the form, include a scanned copy of your driving licence, a cheque or postal order for the sum of £55, put everything in the addressed envelope and send to dvla. Insurance is no longer required to register a vehicle since the abolishment of the paper tax disc. Also, the bike doesn’t require an mot to register it because it is over 40 years old.
