Description
It’s time to let our Ex Heartbeat Daimler Conquest go to a new home... We bought this May 1954 car in July 2000 and became her fifth owner. She gave us excellent service when using her in our Wedding Car fleet. She’s been in deep slumber for over ten years. I have recently got her out and back on the road... New Battery, new Tyres, top quality Langford Stainless Steel Exhaust system, I’ve rebuilt the brake Master Cylinder and replaced it’s main flexible hose (Daimler owners will know what I mean). Bodywork is sound as is the structural side of her. She underwent a high quality comprehensive restoration prior to our purchase and that shows still in how she presents today... The downsides are some shrinkage in the paintwork and the beading along the right hand front wing has suffered, likewise the chrome on the bumpers (as can be seen in the pictures). She will need new carpets as they have got very tatty due to a perished windscreen seal allowing water ingress at some stage.
Showing only 61, 000 miles, believed genuine, she drives like a dream. Perfect as a Heartbeat Collectors car and ready to show and enjoy with a little attention to aesthetic detail.
Priced with consideration to the above faults at £5, 495. 00 for a quick sale..
