Where do I start to describe this classic icon of a car?
She has spent her first 58 years residing in the best place possible for a car in the warm sunny dry climate of South Africa where time has not aged her at all.
Structurally underneath it is just like when it rolled off the production line all those years ago - it is still unmolested by human hands. The wheel arches as you can see are like brand new and the back of the sills have not been interfered with either. Under the front wheel arches it is just the same as you would find on a few low mileage pristine examples that are in private collections.
The leather interior has also aged very well and is still in lovely original condition as is all the wood veneer on the dash and door cappings.
We have carried out minimal work on this car as we felt it needs to be left in the condition we bought it and if the new owner wants to do anything to it they can.
The more the car is driven the better she drives from the silky smooth six cylinder engine.
The car will come with a year's MOT upon completion of sale.
If you want to buy a 6/ 99 or 6/ 110 at a sensible price you will have to go a long way or wait a long time to find one as good as this as at this price.
