Description
Here is my UK based 1965 servicar, with original electric starter. It has the original spec front tow-bar, with correct ball attachment, plus an adapter for a UK sized ball hitch. Electric start. Three forward gears and reverse, left hand-change. Left foot clutch, with the spring and friction plate which holds it engaged or disengaged. It has been restored and is generally nice, but no longer show quality. Has a new good sized battery.
This model has auto advance retard on the ignition timing. Has the original locking front parking brake.
UK registration with V5c as an historic vehicle. Shows no previous owners, because I bought it in the USA It all works except the speedo, which needs a replacement cable.
I have now restored an earlier springer fork servi and so wish to sell this one. I will entertain an interesting part-exchange. However, I'm not a dealer and it will have to be something that sparks my interest. I like all motorcycles and classic cars. I am also approaching replacement of my prestige diesel estate car. So, will listen to suggestions.
