Beautiful little Land Rover pedal car in restored condition
It’s made by the British manufacturers Triang who were renowned for pedal cars and small tin toys.
This specific model is the Land Rover series in the AA scout livery and was made in 1959
It’s all steel apart from the plastic steering wheel. Even the windscreen folds down.
It was restored years ago by the previous owner and I have kept it as a display piece, saying that I still believe it’s in working / pedalling order
Shows signs of age but in overall good condition so it can be kept as a display piece or used by a child. They are now being used by interior designers and shop owners who are looking for that extra something…
This model is believed to be a Low numbered production from the manufacturing line and not many have survived over the years as most were thrown away or damaged beyond repair . They are now very sought after for Land Rover owners and pedal car enthusiasts alike.
