Air-cooled VW T25 Pop-top Camper with Matching Awning and Accessories
1982 van in Marino Yellow with original bombproof air-cooled 2L petrol engine.

Comes with new Just Kampers retro drive away awning in matching colour. Cost £500 in 2021 and used four times. Sturdy aluminium awning with removable ground sheet, sleeping compartment, condensation guard, canopy etc.
Bought van in November 2020 and used weekly for local trips. Always starts and very reliable. Lower half resprayed VW Marino Yellow in February 2021 for £2K, including some minor filler work. New clutch slave and master fitted in June 2021.
Service history and spare keys.
Taken on five UK camping trips with family this summer, including week in Devon. Happily plods along motorways at a very chilled 60mph. Made it up steep hills in Exmoor, fully loaded with passengers and gear.
Makes endearing squeak during some gear changes as rod rubs against part of the sub-frame. Needs new grommet, but assured by local garage that it is OK without it, so decided to leave it.
MOT until Dec 2021. Can be registered as a historic vehicle in 2022 as will be 40 years old, so will soon be tax and MOT free. 47K miles on clock.
Has been great fun all summer, and in winter and spring as day-van, but plan was always to sell on after summer trips to fund an electric car for wife. Will be sad to see it go, but have many happy memories and the van is ready to be enjoyed by another owner.
